Job summary

Atkins Realis Group seeks a skilled Architect to support design and documentation for diverse UAE projects. You will assist in developing architectural concepts, prepare drawings and 3D visualizations, and coordinate with design teams and contractors.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture with 8+ years of UAE/GCC experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledge of BIM and local building codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 8+ years of professional architecture experience, preferably UAE/GCC.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of BIM processes and local UAE building standards.
• Strong communication and ability to liaise with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural designs and concepts for a range of projects.
• Prepare drawings, specs and presentations under guidance of senior architects.
• Develop 3D models and visualizations using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino.
• Coordinate design with construction teams and ensure site implementation.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors to meet requirements.
• Research materials and sustainable design approaches for UAE projects.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and environmental standards.
