Job summary

NCO is seeking a Junior Architect to support the development and delivery of high-quality architectural designs in line with client requirements and industry standards. You will assist senior architects with drawings, design documents, and project submissions, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the construction phase.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, plus strong attention to detail and communication, are essential for contributing

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and understanding client requirements, preferences, and project needs.
• Support senior architects in presenting design concepts, drawings, and revisions to clients and incorporating feedback as required.
• Assist in researching and recommending suitable materials, sustainable solutions, and environmentally responsible design approaches.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to support the accurate implementation of architectural designs during the construction phase.
• Assist in reviewing design changes and updating drawings and documents based on approved modifications.
• Ensure assigned design work complies with applicable building codes, safety regulations, accessibility standards, and company requirements.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and other design-related documents.
• Assist in preparing bids, tenders, proposals, presentations, and other project-related submissions
