Job summary

Heritage Palace Decor, an interior decoration company in the UAE, is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to handle daily transactions, VAT compliance and month-end tasks in Sharjah or Ajman.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Commerce, 1–2 years of accounting experience, and strong MS Excel skills. Odoo experience is a plus; immediate joining is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Odoo experience is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of UAE VAT.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Good English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Based in Sharjah or Ajman, and available to join immediately.

We are an Interior Decoration company based in Al Sajaa Industrial Area and urgently looking for a motivated Junior Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Record daily transactions: sales and purchase invoices, receipts and payments
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile supplier and customer statements
• Prepare bank reconciliations and manage petty cash
• Keep VAT records and support the preparation of quarterly VAT returns
• Assist with month-end closing and basic financial reports
• File and organize accounting documents for audit
