Role Overview:

Royal Horizon Group is seeking a Junior Accountant (Accounts Payable) to join its finance department in Ajman. This position focuses on handling supplier invoice processing, verifying transaction documentation, maintaining AP ledgers, and supporting daily accounts payable operations.

The role involves matching invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts, conducting supplier statement reconciliations, reviewing expense claims, assisting with payment vouchers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local UAE VAT requirements.

Core Competencies:

• Verify, match, and process vendor invoices against purchase orders, delivery notes, and approval records.
• Maintain supplier ledgers, perform monthly statement reconciliations, and resolve account discrepancies.
• Prepare payment vouchers and assist with payment processing via bank transfers and cheques.
• Review employee expense submissions and ensure proper supporting documentation prior to recording.
• Support month-end AP closing routines, audit preparation, and UAE VAT recordkeeping compliance.
