Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices with required documents.
• Match supplier invoices with purchase orders, delivery notes, and related docs.
• Record invoices and payment transactions in the accounting system.
• Monitor supplier balances and ensure on-time payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare payment vouchers and assist with transfers and cheques.
• Review employee expense claims before processing.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, credit and debit notes, and payments.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on approvals.
• Assist with month-end close, AP reconciliations, and accruals.
• Support VAT documentation and UAE VAT compliance.
• Assist auditors with required financial documentation.
