Job summary

Royal Horizon in Ajman is seeking an Accountant – Accounts Payable to manage supplier invoices, reconcile accounts and ensure timely payments. You will prepare ageing reports, allocate receipts and resolve short payments or disputes.

The ideal candidate has a commerce degree and 2+ years of experience, with English and Arabic language proficiency. SAP and ERP experience is required. Retail sector experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in commerce.
• 2+ years experience.
• Required Languages: English & Arabic.
• Retail Industry Experience is required.
• SAP & ERP Experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices, receipts, credit and debit notes.
• Follow up on overdue payments and allocate receipts.
• Prepare ageing, collection reports and customer statements.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve short payments and disputes.
