Job summary

JW Space in the UAE is seeking a Senior Projects Manager to lead joinery and fit-out ventures from planning to handover. You will drive mass production and site installation, coordinating with clients, consultants, designers, production teams and procurement.

The ideal candidate has 15-20 years of UAE/GCC experience, strong leadership and a deep understanding of joinery materials, production processes and shop drawings. Immediate joiners are preferred and the role requires on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 15-20 years of experience in joinery and fit-out projects, preferably within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong experience in joinery mass production / factory operations AND interior fit-out projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, production teams and site installation activities.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, shop drawings and fit-out execution.
• Excellent project management, coordination and communication skills.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
