Job summary

JW Space in the UAE seeks a seasoned Joinery Production Factory Manager to oversee the entire production plan and factory operations. You will monitor schedules, supervise teams, machinery and workshop activities, and ensure quality standards across the manufacturing process.

The role requires 15–20 years in joinery manufacturing, leadership and strong production planning, with UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering mandatory.
• 15–20 years total experience with strong joinery production/manufacturing background.
• Proven experience managing large-scale joinery factory operations.
• Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, materials and machinery.
• UAE/GCC experience in joinery/furniture/fit-out preferred.
• Strong leadership, production planning and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee joinery production and factory operations plan.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Supervise production teams, manpower, machinery and workshop activities.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
• Monitor material consumption, wastage and production costs.
• Coordinate with Projects Design Procurement QA QC and Site Teams.
