Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC seeks an experienced leader to manage the Joinery Production Factory Operations Plan, oversee production schedules, and ensure on-time project delivery.

You will supervise manpower, machinery and workshop activities, maintain quality standards, monitor material consumption and costs, and coordinate with Projects, Design, Procurement, QA/QC and Site Teams to drive productivity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
• 15–20 years of total experience, with strong experience in Joinery Production / Manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing large-scale joinery factory operations.
• Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, materials and machinery.
• UAE/GCC experience in Joinery / Furniture / Fit-out industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, production planning and team management skills
