Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical engineering.
• 2+ years site engineering/joinery estimation experience.
• Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and monitor project progress.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment on site.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and project documentation.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
• Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications for estimation.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for joinery and fit-out works.
• Calculate material, labor, and production costs.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Support tender submissions, budgeting, and project cost control.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and project handover.
