• Taking-off quantities and preparing detailed cost build-ups for Joinery Works
• Obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors as necessary for the projects
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Quotations for Interior-Fit Out, Civil & Joinery Projects
• Post contract cost and contract management
