Job summary

Neo Tech Engineering LLC in Dubai seeks a Civil Estimator with strong experience in joinery and interior fit-out to manage estimation and post-contract cost control for civil, interior fit-out and joinery projects.

The ideal candidate will review tender documents, take-off quantities from CAD drawings, prepare detailed cost build-ups, obtain supplier quotes, and contribute to Bill of Quantities and quotations for interior-fit-out, civil and joinery works.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Civil Engineering Diploma.
• Good AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Skills.
• Minimum 5 years UAE and joinery estimation experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review of tender documents and understanding the project requirements and scope of work.
• Taking-off quantities from CAD drawings for all civil and fit-out related works and preparation of cost build-ups where necessary.
• Taking-off quantities and preparing detailed cost build-ups for Joinery Works.
• Obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors as necessary for the projects.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Quotations for Interior-Fit Out, Civil & Joinery Projects.
• Post contract cost and contract management.
