Royal Joinery, part of United Al Saqer Group, seeks a Fit-out/Joinery Site Engineer to lead on-site activities, coordinate with production and client teams, and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires Engineering diploma and 5+ years UAE experience in joinery/fit-out projects.
• Must have excellent English (verbal and written).
• Familiar with raw materials used in joinery and fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate communications among all parties on site.
• Oversee day-to-day site management.
• Supervise labor and subcontractors.
• Ensure health, safety, and security on site.
• Perform quality control of on-site work.
• Prepare project schedules.
• Act as main technical advisor on site.
• Monitor quantities, quality, and materials from suppliers.
• Maintain site survey records.
• Handle MEP, Civil, Joinery, and interior FF projects on villas/high-rise buildings.
