Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for architectural fit-out, joinery, finishes, and MEP works.
• Prepare cost estimates and pricing for interior fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams during the tender stage.
