Job summary

Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day restaurant activities, ensuring smooth openings and closings and delivering exceptional guest service.

You will supervise staff, assist with recruitment and training, monitor service quality, control costs, and uphold HACCP standards, with a focus on Japanese dining concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities are required.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and dining etiquette is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day to day restaurant operations.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor service quality to maintain guest satisfaction.
