Job summary

Fairmont Bab Al Bahr is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant and beverage operations in a five‑star Abu Dhabi hotel. You will ensure premier guest service, high product quality, and efficient service while supporting the Outlet Manager and leading a team of F&B colleagues.

The role emphasizes cost control, HACCP compliance, and cross‑department coordination to deliver memorable guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Food & Beverage experience in luxury or upscale environments.
• Previous supervisory or team‑leadership experience in F&B preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and beverage service operations.
• Experience in high-volume, international hospitality settings is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of F&B products and service standards.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure proper outlet preparation.
• Deliver personalized guest service and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop F&B colleagues.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping, and other departments.
• Assist with cost control, stock management, inventory management, billing, and daily reporting.
• Minimize wastage and ensure proper handling and storage of products.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, health, safety, and hotel procedures.
