Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT coordination, technical support coordination, project coordination, or IT service operations.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or managed services.
• Experience working with service tickets, SLAs, project trackers, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, ticketing systems, or project management platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective follow-up, prioritization, and time management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily technical activities, service requests, and project schedules.
• Liaise with technical engineers, customers, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor service tickets, SLAs, project milestones, and pending deliverables.
• Follow up on open technical issues and ensure timely escalation to the relevant teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly status reports, meeting minutes, and management updates.
• Maintain technical documentation, project trackers, service records, and customer communications.
• Coordinate technical meetings, customer calls, and project review sessions.
• Assist with resource scheduling, task allocation, and tracking of technical team availability.
• Support the coordination of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal processes and customer requirements.
