I A M IT Technologies LLC in Dubai is seeking a proactive Technical Coordinator to coordinate technical activities, manage service requests, track project deliverables, and facilitate communication among technical teams, customers, OEMs, and management. The role requires strong coordination, documentation, follow-up, and reporting skills to ensure smooth technical operations and timely service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of IT coordination experience and a solid understanding of IT

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT coordination, technical support coordination, project coordination, or IT service operations.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or managed services.
• Experience working with service tickets, SLAs, project trackers, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, ticketing systems, or project management platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective follow-up, prioritization, and time management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
