Job description

Looking for a skilled IT professional to join our growing team. This role combines technical IT support with applications expertise, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics AX across all major modules.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide day-to-day IT support across departments.
2. Administer and support Dynamics AX modules including Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory Management, Sales, Marketing, Production Control, General Ledger, and Financials.
3. Develop and customize reports based on business needs.
4. Collaborate with business units to enhance system usability and performance.
5. Assist in application troubleshooting and end-user training.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Support and Applications Management.
2. Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX across all mentioned modules.
3. Strong reporting and report development skills.
4. Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication abilities.
5. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
