Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle daily helpdesk operations and long-term IT planning.
• Ensure IT deployments meet compliance and specifications.
• Coordinate with developers and engineers on system interoperability.
• Develop reporting models with data owners and analysts.
• Test software and document results; recommend improvements.
• Develop standards for integration projects and change management.
• Respond to inquiries about software, hardware, and tech issues.
• Travel as needed for business requirements.
