Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in IT Support, Network or System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, and RAID/NAS/SAN setups.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain on-premises servers, storage systems, and backup solutions.
• Administer company domain, Active Directory/Azure AD, and user access policies.
• Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
