Job Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, administer, and support enterprise storage solutions.
- Lead, coordinate, and participate in process improvements for Windows environments.
- Support application development teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including enterprise data servers.
- Ensure Windows servers comply with policies, standards, licensing, and configuration guidelines.
- Define and perform system backups and recovery procedures, monitor performance, and tune systems.
- Monitor system performance; provide reports and statistics.
- Recommend and implement modifications to Windows Infrastructure, including Exchange, VMWare, and IIS, to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and technologies for Windows systems.
- Manage project deadlines and communicate proactively with team members and management.
- Stay updated on new products, services, protocols, and standards in IT.
- Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery procedures for Windows infrastructure.
- Create and maintain documentation related to Windows infrastructure and applications.
- Deploy updates, patches, and service packs following best practices.
- Support and maintain the Enterprise Backup environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities :
- Knowledge of multiple Windows Server platforms, IIS, Exchange Server, and VMWare on various architectures.
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining complex Windows systems.
- Experience with Active Directory design, migration, setup, and implementation.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Federated Services.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Project management skills from initiation to completion.
- Ability to handle complex issues and problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic mathematical concepts.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and/or passport.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in CIS or equivalent education and experience.
- 5-7 years supporting enterprise systems.
- Additional degrees, certifications, or specific experience as required.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Supervisory Responsibility :
