Job summary

Confidential Company in Sharjah is seeking an IT Support Executive to maintain and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, with emphasis on retail POS, online sales integration, and Mobile NAV functionality. You will be the central point of contact for end-users, handling troubleshooting and system configuration across platforms.

Responsibilities include supporting ERP/Business Central, retail operations, Mobile NAV, and Microsoft Exchange to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support and system infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Windows OS and Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• CompTIA A+, Network+
