Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

Gather analyze and document business requirements Conduct gap-fit analysis and prepare functional design documents FDDs Configure modules such as Finance Sales amp Marketing Purchase Inventory amp Warehouse Manufacturing preferred Lead CRPs Conference Room Pilots UAT and client training sessions Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution Create user manuals and process documentation

Technical Responsibilities

Develop and customize solutions using AL language Create extensions reports and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Work on API integrations with third-party systems Manage data migration using configuration packages and tools Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance Collaborate with technical teams on deployment and upgrades
