Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an IT support or service desk role.
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• Certifications in Microsoft or Cisco systems are a bonus.
• Knowledge of PCs, laptops, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and VoIP.
• Confidence managing LAN, VPN, PABX and basic network security.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• A methodical, helpful and user-first approach.
