Job summary

An experienced Managed IT Services and Cyber Security Engineer is sought in the United Arab Emirates to oversee day-to-day IT operations, Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services, backups, DR, and user support for enterprise clients.

You will manage Windows servers, networks, DNS, security policies, incident response, and coordinate VAPT testing across websites and mobile apps, while supporting AWS and other business applications in a fast-paced MSP/MSSP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT operations for enterprise clients.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS.
• Experience with VAPT, penetration testing and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and enterprise infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services, licenses, email and security policies.
• Monitor backups, DR operations and disaster recovery readiness.
• Support applications across AWS, Oracle ERP, and other business apps.
• Coordinate penetration testing (VAPT) for websites and apps; conduct cloud/security assessments.
• Oversee email/endpoint security, vulnerability remediation and incident response.
• Lead phishing simulations and security reporting; ensure SLA compliance.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory, device setup, maintenance and user troubleshooting.

• Monitor and manage backup storage and disaster recovery DR operations
• Support AWS Oracle ERP Genesys Cloud and other business applications
• Perform coordinate VAPT Website amp Mobile Application Penetration Testing Conduct Cloud Security and Infrastructure Security Assessments
• Manage Email Security Endpoint Security vulnerability remediation and incident response
• Support phishing social engineering simulations security reporting and re-testing
• Manage IT assets inventory device setup maintenance and user troubleshooting
• Handle security incidents SLA compliance monitoring documentation and reporting
