Job summary

Automech Steel Industries is seeking an IT Support Engineer in the United Arab Emirates to maintain and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 environments, Microsoft 365 services, and VPN access. You will work across multiple locations providing remote and on-site support.

The role requires a diploma or degree in IT, strong knowledge of AD, LAN/Wi-Fi, DNS/DHCP, and TCP/IP, and familiarity with switches, IP phones, CCTV, and biometric devices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and network basics.
• Certifications preferred (Microsoft, CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA).

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network connectivity.
• Support Active Directory, user accounts, email configuration, and VPN access.
• Install software, updates, antivirus, and OS.
• Maintain IT assets, licenses, and support records.
• Provide remote and on-site support across company locations.
