Job summary

Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital ( SRH ) - مستشفى التأهيل التخصصي in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks an Information Technology Support Engineer (UAEN) to join our IT team. The role provides first-level technical support for hardware, software, and IT-related issues, and requires strong customer service toward users at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.
• Assist with user account management, access permissions, password resets, and system access.
• Troubleshoot basic network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Record, track, and manage IT support requests through the designated ticketing system.
• Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper documentation of IT equipment and services.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams or external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
