Role Overview

Happiest Minds Technologies is recruiting an IT Service Desk Engineer to deliver multi-tiered technical support and oversee daily enterprise IT operations in Abu Dhabi. The position focuses on resolving user incidents, managing cloud identity environments (M365/Azure AD), supporting network infrastructure, enforcing endpoint security, and overseeing system patch management and backups.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1, L2, and L3 incident resolution and end-user technical support for corporate infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft 365, managing user provisioning, Exchange Online mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive access.
• Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
• Troubleshoot system hardware, OS errors, network connectivity, VPNs, Wi‑Fi access points, and enterprise printers.
• Oversee endpoint security, SCCM patch deployments, system backup management, and antivirus policy enforcement.
• Liaise with third‑party vendors and internal engineering teams while maintaining incident documentation and ITIL workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; 3 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT service desk, infrastructure, or technical support operations.
• Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of M365 suite, Windows Server administration, Azure AD, Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, SCCM, and TCP/IP networking protocols.
• Core Competencies: L1–L3 troubleshooting, endpoint security administration, ITIL incident management, vendor coordination, and clear technical communication.
