Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Technician to join the IT Operations team in the UAE. You will deliver frontline support for Windows, Mac and Linux systems, manage hardware like printers and scanners, and coordinate with vendors to keep the IT estate healthy.

The role emphasizes customer service, site projects, and occasional shift changes to cover multiple sites. You will report to the IT Manager at your home site and work with remote teams to maintain infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 1 year of corporate IT support experience in Windows, Mac, or Linux environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot integrated computer systems and peripherals.
• Experience with asset and inventory management and vendor liaison.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line IT support to ensure devices and infrastructure run optimally.
• Maintain asset inventory and liaise with third-party vendors.
• Support site projects and perform end-user equipment trials.
• Work in shifts and accommodate occasional changes in hours.
