Job summary

NMC GROUP SERVICES. in UAE is seeking an experienced Endpoint Support professional to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.

You will provide first-level support for business applications, manage tickets, assist with password resets, and coordinate with vendors for hardware issues while ensuring adherence to SLAs and IT security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers and endpoint devices.
• Experience providing first-level support for enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common IT tools.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts, Active Directory, and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Perform OS installation, software deployment, upgrades and patch management.
• Respond to user incidents and service requests through ticketing systems, email, phone or in-person support.
• Escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely ticket closure per SLA.
• Coordinate warranty claims and vendor support for faulty hardware.
• Maintain inventory records and document IT procedures and manuals.
