• Install, configure, maintain IT equipment including computers, printers, servers, and network devices.
• Respond to IT requests and resolve issues within agreed timelines.
• Perform system maintenance, updates, backups, and preventive checks.
• Monitor IT infrastructure to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
