Job summary

Qualifications

• Hardware troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, and IT help-desk skills.
• Minimum 1 year of IT support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft 365, email and Wi‑Fi.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, email, internet, Wi-Fi, and application-related issues.
• Create, configure, and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Support Active Directory and user account administration.
• Install and update operating systems, applications, drivers, and security patches.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity problems.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers and other peripheral devices.
• Monitor and respond to IT help-desk tickets and service requests.
• Escalate complex technical issues to system, network, or security teams when required.
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance
• Assist with data backup, recovery, and basic IT security procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, software licenses, and user information.
• Prepare and maintain IT documentation, troubleshooting guides, and support records.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for repairs and technical support.
• Provide users with guidance on IT systems, applications, cybersecurity, and best practices.
• Ensure IT equipment and systems are maintained according to company policies and security requirements.
• Support IT projects, office setups, system upgrades, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
