Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to provide technical assistance for hardware, software and network issues, troubleshoot complex desktop and application problems, and manage end-user devices including laptops, desktops, printers, and iOS devices.

You will support Windows/macOS, Outlook/O365, Intune, ABM, JAMF and other enterprise apps with a basic understanding of security software and Active Directory, coordinate with vendors and internal teams for meeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / End User Computing or similar role.
• Experience managing end-user devices including laptops, desktops, printers, and iOS devices.
• Experience with Windows/macOS, Outlook/O365, Intune/ABM, and common enterprise applications / basic understanding of security software and Active Directory.
