Job summary

Confidential Company seeks a hands-on IT Support Engineer to deliver field-based support across multiple Abu Dhabi locations. You will troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS, and Wi‑Fi, while managing CCTV and IP surveillance systems including NVR/DVR configurations.

You must have 2–5 years of IT or field support experience, strong customer-facing skills, and a UAE driving license preferred. The role involves coordinating with vendors and maintaining asset records.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT support or field support experience.
• Strong TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN knowledge.
• Hands-on with CCTV, NVR/DVR, and network video systems.
• Ability to work independently under time pressure.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 IT and network field support across multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, WLAN, routers and switches.
• Configure and troubleshoot CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVR/DVR.
• Install and troubleshoot printers, workstations, UPS and IT equipment.
• Maintain site documentation and incident records.

We are looking for hands‑on strong IT Support Engineers strong to provide field-based IT support across multiple locations Provide strong L1 L2 desktop network and end-user support strong Troubleshoot strong LAN WAN Wi-Fi routers switches TCP IP DHCP and DNS strong issues Configure and troubleshoot strong routers switches access points and network connectivity strong Diagnose network issues using tools such as strong ping tracert ipconfig nslookup and basic network monitoring tools strong Support strong CCTV systems IP cameras NVR DVR PoE switches and basic CCTV networking strong Install and troubleshoot strong printers workstations UPS and other IT equipment strong Perform basic strong network cabling patching and connectivity testing strong Troubleshoot Windows OS hardware drivers and application-related issues Coordinate with ISP CCTV network and equipment vendors when required Maintain strong IT assets site documentation incident records and equipment checklists strong Occasionally assist with the strong safe loading unloading and movement of UPS printers and IT equipment strong strong Required Technical Skills strong Strong strong network troubleshooting and field-support experience strong Good understanding of strong TCP IP VLANs DHCP DNS NAT and Wi-Fi strong Hands-on experience with strong Cisco other routers switches and wireless access points strong Working knowledge of strong CCTV IP surveillance and NVR DVR systems strong Strong Windows desktop and hardware troubleshooting skills Basic knowledge of strong UPS structured cabling and network rack equipment strong Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues under time pressure Good communication and customer-handling skills strong Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred strong Experience: 2–5 years in IT Support / Network Support / Field Support.

Preferred Certifications

• CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+ or equivalent.
