The ideal hire has 2–5 years in IT support, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and familiarity with networking, security practices, and Active Directory. On-site collaboration with the team is required in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of IT support, technical support, or system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, hardware, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems through on-site and remote assistance.
• Monitor network connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and internet services.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, passwords, and access permissions.
• Install software updates, security patches, antivirus, and required applications.
• Maintain IT assets, equipment records, software licenses, and technical documentation.
• Assist with data backup, recovery procedures, and basic cybersecurity activities.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, maintenance, and technical services.
• Support ERP, logistics, warehouse, and business applications used by employees.
• Respond to IT support requests promptly and maintain service records.
• Ensure company IT policies and security procedures are followed.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, printers, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory and user account management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, backup systems, and cloud-based applications is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
