Job summary

Noorka Logistics hosts an exciting IT Support Engineer role in Dubai, joining a technology and operations team. The candidate will troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and provide reliable support to staff to ensure secure, stable IT services for logistics operations.

The ideal hire has 2–5 years in IT support, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and familiarity with networking, security practices, and Active Directory. On-site collaboration with the team is required in Dubai.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2–5 years of IT support, technical support, or system administration experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, hardware, and networking.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems through on-site and remote assistance.
Monitor network connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and internet services.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, passwords, and access permissions.
Install software updates, security patches, antivirus, and required applications.
Maintain IT assets, equipment records, software licenses, and technical documentation.
Assist with data backup, recovery procedures, and basic cybersecurity activities.
Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, maintenance, and technical services.
Support ERP, logistics, warehouse, and business applications used by employees.
Respond to IT support requests promptly and maintain service records.
Ensure company IT policies and security procedures are followed.
