Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT experience in UAE required.
• Strong Windows desktop and server administration skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and AD/GP management.
• Networking, VPN, DNS/DHCP, and security fundamentals documented.
• Experience with IP telephony, CCTV, backups, and ERP/CRM systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–2 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and user devices.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, mail services, and group policies.
• Support LAN/WAN; configure VPNs and network security measures.
• Assist with FortiGate firewall administration and overall security posture.
• Maintain Windows Server environments, DNS/DHCP, file shares, and backups.
• Support ERP, CRM, Tally, and warehouse management systems.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation; coordinate vendors for MA contracts.

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage and support IT infrastructure across office, warehouse, factory, and logistics operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, maintaining secure systems, supporting end users, and driving continuous technology improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and user devices.
• Manage Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and email services.
• Support and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, and internet connectivity.
• Configure and troubleshoot Ruijie/Reyee and Cisco networking equipment.
• Assist with FortiGate firewall administration and network security.
• Manage Windows Server environments, file sharing, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Maintain backup systems, NAS storage, disaster recovery, and endpoint security.
• Support IP Telephony systems (Yealink, Yeastar, Avaya).
• Maintain Hikvision CCTV systems and NVR infrastructure.
• Support ERP, CRM, Tally, warehouse management systems, and other business applications.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licences, warranties, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors for installations, repairs, and annual maintenance contracts.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes using AI tools and modern technologies.
• Ensure IT systems remain secure, reliable, and available across all company locations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT experience in the UAE (Mandatory).
• Strong experience with:
• Windows Desktop & Windows Server
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Active Directory & Group Policy
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN
• Cisco and Ruijie/Reyee networking
• IT helpdesk and ticketing systems
• Experience supporting IP telephony, CCTV, backup systems, and IT security.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, cloud applications, APIs, and automation is an advantage.
• Experience with AI productivity tools or automation platforms will be considered an added advantage.
• Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), Fortinet, or ITIL certifications are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
