Job summary

Real Estate in Abu Dhabi is seeking an IT Specialist to manage and troubleshoot the technology systems used across the company. You will respond to hardware issues, update software, and monitor network data and security. The role requires 0–2 years UAE experience and a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or real estate.

English fluency is needed, Arabic competence is a plus. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range stated below.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or real estate.
• Experience: UAE Experience 0 to 2 years

Responsibilities

• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
• Implement security measures
• Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
• Installing and configuring computer systems
• Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Logging customer/employee queries
• Analysing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues
