Job summary

Confidential Company in Sharjah is seeking a Procurement Coordinator for IT hardware, software and services. The role focuses on obtaining quotations, comparing prices, coordinating deliveries and maintaining procurement records.

Freshers can apply; training will be provided, and a Bachelor's degree with basic MS Excel skills is expected. The position is based in the Sharjah office with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Supply Chain.
• Basic MS Office/Excel skills required.
• Good communication,Coordination and organizational skills.
• IT procurement experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IT hardware, software and service procurement.
• Obtain vendor quotations, compare prices and coordinate deliveries.
• Process purchase orders and maintain procurement and IT asset records.
• Coordinate with IT and Finance on specifications, approvals and budgets.
• Track software licenses renewals and procurement timelines.
