Job summary

Mantras2Success.com is seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to manage sourcing and procurement of IT hardware for operations in India and Dubai. You will oversee end-to-end procurement, supplier onboarding, and international sourcing from markets such as China to serve global customers.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years’ experience in IT hardware procurement, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of logistics and international trade processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant procurement experience in IT hardware/electronics.
• Strong understanding of IT hardware products (hardware, printers, scanners, routers, CCTV, networking).
• Experience in international sourcing/procurement, especially from China, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware and related products.
• Source products from China and other international markets based on requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, quality standards and terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, stockists, distributors, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stockists, distributors, manufacturers and vendors.
• Ensure products meet required specifications and customer requirements.
• Track market trends, product availability, pricing fluctuations and new IT hardware products.
• Support procurement for international customer requirements including US customers.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive to manage sourcing and procurement of IT hardware and related products for our business operations across India and Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IT hardware procurement, supplier management, international sourcing, and negotiation, with exposure to sourcing products from markets such as China and supplying to customers in the US and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• - Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware and related products, including:
• - Computers and hardware
• - Printers and scanners
• - Routers and networking equipment
• - CCTV and surveillance products
• - Other IT and electronic products
• - Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and manufacturers.
• - Source products from China and other international markets based on business requirements.
• - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, quality standards, and other commercial terms with suppliers.
• - Manage procurement requirements for operations in India and Dubai.
• - Coordinate with suppliers, stockists, distributors, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with stockists, distributors, manufacturers, and vendors.
• - Conduct and participate in stockist/vendor meetings to identify new suppliers and products.
• - Ensure products meet required specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• - Coordinate with internal teams regarding purchase requirements, inventory, and delivery timelines.
• - Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, vendor documentation, and pricing data.
• - Track market trends, product availability, pricing fluctuations, and new IT hardware products.
• - Support procurement for international customer requirements, including US customers.
• - Work closely with logistics and shipping teams to ensure smooth movement of procured goods.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• - 3-4 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in IT hardware/electronics.
• - Strong understanding of IT products such as hardware, printers, scanners, routers, CCTV, and networking equipment.
• - Experience in international sourcing/procurement, particularly from China, will be preferred.
• - Strong vendor identification, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• - Good understanding of logistics, shipping, and international trade processes.
• - Strong communication and coordination skills.
• - Ability to manage multiple suppliers and procurement requirements simultaneously.
• - Commercially strong with good analytical and negotiation abilities.
