Job summary

TJDEED Technology® is seeking an IT Software Account Manager in Abu Dhabi to manage and grow existing customer accounts, drive revenue, and win new logos. You will coordinate with delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and tailor software solutions to client needs.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in software/account management, strong knowledge of ITSM, security solutions, and AI technologies, and proven ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in software and IT solutions account management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, ITSM, security solutions, and AI technologies.
• Mandatory experience working with customers in Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

About The Role
