Job summary

TAT IT Technolgies in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced IT Software Account Manager to manage existing accounts, drive revenue growth, and acquire new customers in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on enterprise software, ITSM, security solutions, and AI technologies.

You will work with Abu Dhabi-based clients, coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams, and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers while proposing suitable software solutions and services to meet customer

Qualifications

• Experience in software and IT solutions account management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, ITSM, security solutions, and AI technologies.
• Mandatory experience working with customers in Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing Abu Dhabi customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities, acquiring new customer logos.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable software solutions and services.
• Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
