Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a senior IT leader to own end-to-end IT operations for a large industrial site in Dubai. You will govern service delivery, manage budgets, and coordinate with regional and global IT teams to drive transformation.

The role requires 10+ years of IT experience in industrial environments, strong ITIL/cybersecurity compliance background, and proven ability to lead vendors, assets, and governance with site leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' IT experience with site IT operations and service delivery.
• Proven track record as IT Site Manager/IT Operations Manager or similar in industrial environments.
• Experience managing local IT budgets, vendors, assets, governance activities, and operational reporting.
• Strong stakeholder relationships with site leadership and corporate IT functions.
• Experience with ITIL, cybersecurity standards, audits, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT service delivery for a large industrial site.

Description

Own end-to-end IT service delivery for a large industrial site, ensuring reliable support for all business users.Act as the primary escalation point for major incidents, service issues, and business-critical IT challenges.Manage local IT budgets, contracts, assets, service providers, and operational expenditure.Drive compliance with corporate IT, cybersecurity, audit, and governance requirements.Represent site requirements within regional and global IT organisations, coordinating infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.

Profile

Minimum 10 years' IT experience, including significant responsibility for site IT operations and service delivery.Proven experience as an IT Site Manager, IT Operations Manager, Infrastructure Manager, or similar role supporting a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, chemical, energy, logistics, or production environment.Demonstrated ownership of local IT budgets, vendors, assets, governance activities, and operational reporting.Strong track record of managing stakeholder relationships across site leadership teams and corporate IT functions.Experience working within structured enterprise environments with defined ITIL processes, cybersecurity standards, audits, and compliance requirements.
