Job summary

GCS Technology LLC in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead the IT management and business solutions sales function, drive revenue growth, and nurture key client relationships across strategic accounts across strategic accounts.

You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage a high-performing sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective solution selling, with emphasis on cybersecurity, ERP/CRM, cloud, and related business applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT or related field.
• Proven experience in sales management within IT solutions, software or technology services.
• Strong understanding of IT management systems, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM and business apps.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or technology sales.
• Prior experience managing a sales team is preferred.
