Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP systems and enterprise business applications across key business functions.

• Drive the use of structured project management methods such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
• Support change management, user adoption, and business readiness during ERP and enterprise application rollouts.
• Ensure project governance, reporting, and communication remain clear, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects or enterprise business application rollouts.
• Strong understanding of project planning, delivery governance, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and budget tracking.
• Able to handle several active projects across different business departments without losing control of priorities or deadlines.
• Experience working with finance, operations, procurement, HR, commercial, and customer service systems is highly valuable.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• ERP-related certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present project updates clearly to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
