Job summary

Job Description

We are looking for a highly proactive and execution-oriented ERP Project Lead / Business Analyst to support multiple ongoing ERP and business transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between businessusers, project teams, IT, and implementation partners, ensuring seamlesscoordination, timely decision-making, effective communication, and successfulexecution of project activities.

The primary focus of this role is project execution,stakeholder coordination, CRP facilitation, UAT management, issue tracking, andbusiness engagement across supply chain, Logistics and Manufacturing. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

• Supportmultiple project work streams and delivery timelines simultaneously.


• Coordinateproject activities between business teams, IT teams, vendors, andimplementation partners.


• Trackproject milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.


• Ensuretimely follow-up and closure of project deliverables.


• Organizeand facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status review sessions.


• Prepareproject status reports and management updates.

Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Actas the primary coordination point between business users and projectteams.


• Facilitaterequirement clarification discussions and business workshops.


• Buildstrong relationships with key stakeholders and business process owners.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Experiencewith Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.

• Experiencein Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors.
