Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee resources, mitigate risks, and maintain project timelines. You will act as the central communication point for stakeholders, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of technology initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing resources, scheduling milestones, tracking KPIs, and coordinating changes in scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent.
• PRINCE2 or Agile, PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing IT projects and teams.
• Strong familiarity with project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Monday.com, MS Project or JIRA is essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT Project Office strategies, processes and methodologies.
• Manage allocation of resources across IT projects.
• Plan and schedule timelines using tools like Monday.com/Jira.
• Monitor performance with KPIs and progress reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage scope changes.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Lead the IT project team and resolve conflicts.
• Oversee integration of new/existing applications and digital projects.
• Conduct post-mortems and prepare recommendations.
