Job summary

Halian is seeking a Technical IT Project Manager focused on Flight Operations and Crew Management. You will lead cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and deploy critical IT applications and infrastructure changes for safe, efficient airline operations.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery, governance and release management, and stakeholder engagement with operations and IT. A background in aviation tech and ITIL practices is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience in airline, aviation, or aviation technology.
• Strong knowledge of Flight Operations systems and Crew Management systems.
• Familiarity with aviation regulatory requirements and operational disruption management.
• Proven ability to learn and adapt to new business and technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery for Flight Operations and Crew Operations initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and roadmaps.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead governance, release, deployment, and change management processes.
