Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering seeks an experienced leader to own and evolve the Enterprise Delivery Practice within a dynamic, global hospitality and aviation context. You will govern delivery standards, lead major IT portfolios, and drive transformation initiatives in collaboration with senior business and IT stakeholders.

You will oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring benefits realization and alignment with strategic objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree is advantageous.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is required.
• Agile certification such as CSM, SAFe, or equivalent preferred.
• MSP or equivalent Programme Management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Enterprise Delivery Practice with governance, standards, and controls.
• Oversee end-to-end IT project portfolio and provide executive visibility on health, risks, budgets, and benefits.
• Chair governance forums, steering committees, and project review boards for alignment with strategy.
• Drive portfolio planning, forecasting, and budget oversight while optimizing resources and vendor spend.
• Manage large-scale vendor-led initiatives and ensure delivery against contracts, SLAs, and quality.
• Lead RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and SOW negotiations for optimal outcomes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align roadmaps with digital transformation goals.
• Govern enterprise-wide delivery risk management and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build a high-performing delivery organization via workforce planning and capability development.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery methodologies and tools.
